Movie Mania!

Greetings. I don't really know what to blog about this evening, hence, i will blog about my top 4 favourite movie. Now, I know that isn't much of a topic to blog about but I my brain is currently in an AWOL mode, so thinking right now hurts alot like pinching yourself. So, i shall begin with descending order, and yes, it gets pretty mathematical around here.

Number 1: Black Hawk Down

I begin my top 10 with a war movie based on true events. Come to think about it, most of the movies in my top 10 list are based on wars. Good story lines, great acting, alot of action and less talking. Come on, i think we all watch movie to see actions, if you want a dialogue based drama, go watch Desperate Housewives. War movie is not all about pew pew. It's the meaning that the movie carries; as stated in the poster leave no one behind; dead or alive. Remember; Rangers lead the way!

Number 2: Saving Private Ryan

There is no denying that Tom Hanks is a brilliant actor-cum-director. His efforts in HBO original series Band of Brothers and its predecessor The Pacific is simply awe-inspiring. Basically SPR is about a small platoon lead by tom hanks character, to search for one Private Ryan and to bring him home. Private Ryan got the special treatment because his other 2 brothers who were KIA. As above, alot of actions, shooting, dying, Nazis and that jazz. Only reason I gave it a 9 because of its reality and intense scene. Plus Tom Hanks is just brilliant.

Number 3: 7 Pounds

Im not all war junky. I can be rather affectionate and emotional. The first time i saw this movie i cried. Its the type of movie that really makes you drop down and cry. Will Smith's acting in this movie is amazing. You know his really into the character and i myself really love Will Smith. Good movie to watch and get free hugs.

Numuro-Uno 1: Forrest Gump

My momma always said life was like a box of chocolate. This is one of my favourite movie of all time. I don't care what the haters say about this movie, they're all douche-bags who like stupid movies like Scary Movie. Once again, Tom Hanks, his just brilliant. This movie has its ups and downs. It teaches you what life is all about. Another was of the movies that made me cry...so touching =) The type of movie i really recommend movie buffs, like myself (for real nikka!) would appreciate, a 10/10

There's alot of movies i've have yet to add, but putting all these pictures in such a small windows pisses me off. There's just too much work. Other movies i did not include are Hot Fuzz (funneh comedy movie), Zombieland, The Gladiator, We Are Marshall. There's alot of good movies out there, and if you really appreciate the movie and watch it like 5-6 times like I do, then you will really get into the movie.
